Construction
I founded IS Multiproject in 2014, a construction technical-customer and control company: requirements for contractors, acceptance against the spec, documentation for inspections. Before that, eight years as an IT engineer in construction.
Retail floor
The same lines become a store. At Magnit I went from store director to running a group of stores.
A region
At Leroy Merlin: head of trade sectors, then regional curator of project sales. Demand forecasting, e-commerce, coaching store teams.
AI products
After moving to Israel I started building. I write the specs and the architecture, AI coding agents write the code, I review and run it in production.
Systems that run themselves
A controller checks the fleet every minute, raises and retires GPU spot instances across three AWS regions, and fails over when capacity runs short. Watchdogs watch health and price. AI changes wait for a person to approve them.
Clinical research
Co-founder and CTO of a research project in reproductive medicine with a physician: open datasets, clinical hypotheses, external validation of published models.
